Turn a packaging idea into a clear brief.

Confirm feasibility and costs before treating a design as a production-ready pack.

  1. Share your concept

Send your product requirements, preferred pack format, destination and estimated volume.

  2. Review feasibility

Discuss materials, net weight, label requirements, minimum quantities and quotation scope.

  3. Approve the specification

Confirm the product, artwork and any agreed sample or proof before committing to the order.

  4. Confirm the order

Agree commercial terms, documents, packaging details and the delivery schedule together.

Keep the label tied to the actual product.

Use your importer’s requirements to define the review before confirming artwork.

Product information

Confirm the product name, cultivated origin, net weight and handling information required for your market.

Claims and supporting evidence

Any certification, organic or nutritional claim needs supporting evidence for the actual product and destination.

Final artwork

Agree the final label text, language, lot fields and applicable responsibilities before the order is confirmed.

Questions before you order

Does my packaging need the Moonlit South logo?

No. This project can be discussed under your own brand. The Moonlit South gift box shown elsewhere on the site does not define your required packaging.

Do you already offer standard 500 g or 1 kg retail packs?

Pack weights and materials are agreed by project. You may request these weights, but they are not presented as confirmed standard products.

Can you quote before the artwork is finished?

An initial discussion can start with your target weight, format, destination and quantity. The confirmed quotation depends on the final product and packaging requirements.

Who confirms the destination label requirements?

The buyer should provide the destination-market and importer requirements. Label content, supporting information and the parties’ responsibilities are reviewed and agreed before commitment.
